Hello, I’m Kelly.

I’m a web developer and the owner of Kelly Vaughn Creative. While I started out as a freelancer, I have since built a team of talented designers, developers, and social media strategists who collaborate on projects, helping business owners start a new online store, migrate to the Shopify platform, and give their existing store a refreshing new look.

The Process

All of my projects will vary slightly in terms of process, but there are several procedures that are standard across the board. Upon contacting me, I will respond within 48 hours to arrange a phone call with you to discuss your project in more detail. Once I have enough information and I have answered your questions, I will send over an estimate via FreshBooks. Upon approving the estimate, I will send over a contract and an invoice for 50% down. When all of this is done, the fun begins! We will work together using Basecamp throughout the entire project so we can maintain to-do lists and keep a record of our conversation. When everything’s all done, you’ll pay the final 50% invoice and we’ll go live! I’ll continue to be of assistance to fix any bugs that may occur.

Why work with me?

  1. I’m experienced.

I have been working as a web designer and developer for nearly a decade. I continue to keep up with the newest techniques and web standards to ensure that you are receiving the best product possible.

  2. I’m efficient.

Why pay more for a lower quality product? My prices are competitive and I get websites up and running for my clients in a timely manner. I know how important time is to businesses, and I won’t waste yours.

  3. I’m collaborative.

I work closely with a talented team of designers, developers, SEO experts, and content strategists. I can make sure your project needs are met by collaborating with the best of the best.
